Return Policy (with receipt)

Customer has 30 days from date of purchase to return/exchange merchandise bought from Heart of Quilting (excluding opened or used merchandise, Digital Downloadable Products, Software, DVD’s, Books, Cut Batting, Patterns or Fabric.  Class payments are non-refundable).

Heart of Quilting LLC or it's partners are not responsible for bodily injury or damage caused by customers installation of machine parts, notions or any supplies purchased from us online or in store.

 Purchases

All purchases from this Web Site are made pursuant to a shipment contract. Please read the Shipping Policy before purchase. As a result, risk of loss and title for items purchased from this Web Site pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments. You are also responsible for notifying Heart of Quilting ASAP.

You agree to be financially responsible for all purchases made by you or someone acting on your behalf through www.heartofquilting.com. You also agree not to make any purchases for speculative, false or fraudulent purposes. You agree to only purchase goods or services for yourself or for another person for whom you are legally permitted to do so. When making a purchase for a third party that requires you to submit the third party’s personal information to us or a merchant, you represent that you have obtained the express consent of such third party to provide such third party’s personal information.

Pattern & Training Copyright

All digitized quilting patterns displayed on heartofquilting.com website are the original works of authorship of “Linda V Taylor”, aka “Creative Designer Lines” and original work of "Dianna Heiner", aka Red River Quiltworks, LLC. These pattern designs are protected the moment that they were created and displayed in the fixed tangible medium of expression on our website. All digital, downloadable and virtual training are intellectual property of Red River Quiltworks, LLC. They are protected under the U.S. Copyright laws, which are grounded in the U.S. Constitution, and covers both published and unpublished works.

Any unauthorized use, including copy, resale and sharing, is strictly prohibited other than for the use by those who purchase on our website for quilting on their own computerized machines.

Returns
Since your satisfaction is a priority we know it is sometimes necessary to exchange or return an item. You may return your purchase within 30 days of purchase for a refund or replacement. Items must be in their original condition, not opened or used in anyway and must have original paperwork and packaging. All products must be in new condition.  Customer is responsible for return shipping cost.
