Shipping Policy
Locations
Our products will ship from various locations. We have partnered with our main warehouse in McKinney, Texas and we will have many of our items shipped from there.
Processing Time
Main Warehouse - Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday - Friday, excluding weekends and holidays).
Partner Warehouses - Order processing time varies, ranging from 2-5 business days. (Monday - Friday, excluding weekends and holidays).
Processing time for items on Pre-order will be determined when the inventory is in stock.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Time
Economy Standard: 10-14 business days
Priority: 2-5 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. If your package is taking longer than expected please first contact the shipping carrier.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates for the continental United States lower 48 plus the District of Columbia are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.
Economy Standard shipping rates are based on order value:
Orders $0 to $99.98 will be charged $9.99.
Orders $99.99 and above ship Free, excluding Batting Rolls.*
Each individual large item may include a charge of $19.99.
Priority shipping rates start at $14.99. Priority shipping is not available for rolls of batting and other larger products.
Shipping rates for Alaska, Hawaii, PR, Guam, US Territories, FPO, APO, and international locations are also available and are displayed during checkout.
*Please note: Order threshold of $99.99 to quality for free shipping (excluding batting), does not include the use of discount codes or Corey's Cash.
International Shipping
We do not currently ship to international locations.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please note because we ship from multiple locations, you may receive more than one email/tracking number.
Lost, Stolen or Damaged Package
Heart of Quilting is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been handed over to the carrier. If you experience an issue, please contact the carrier directly.
If you received a damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours. Please take pictures of the damaged package and product and keep all packages as this is required for a carrier claim. The carriers have the right to deny any claim. If a claim is denied, Heart of Quilting is not responsible for refunding or reshipping replacement products without charge.
Do not throw anything away until the damaged product or package has been returned to Heart of Quilting, or you have been instructed by our support team.
Incorrect Shipping Information
If you enter an incorrect or incomplete address during checkout, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to update your information, but if the order has been shipped, we may be unable to make changes. We can not provide a refund for orders shipped to an address provided that may be incorrect.
Undeliverable Address
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
